Claims (1)
- 光源に螢光灯を用いた装置において、前記螢光
灯の各部分をそれぞれ外部より加熱する複数のヒ
ータと、この複数のヒータを個別に制御すること
により前記螢光灯の各部分の温度を個別に制御す
る制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする螢光灯加熱
装置。
