Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光源の温度を検出する第１の温度センサと
、その光源を加熱する加熱手段と、前記光源が配
置された場所であり、その光源からの熱影響を受
けない場所の温度を検出する第２の温度センサと
、第２の温度センサの出力に基づき目標温度を決
定する目標温度決定手段と、前記第１の温度セン
サの出力を入力し、前記光源の温度が前記目標温
度になるように、前記加熱手段を制御する制御手
段とを備えたことを特徴とする光源温度制御装置
。 (2) 前記光源を冷却できる冷却手段を更に備え
、光源の点灯中稼働させることを特徴とする請求
項１記載の光源温度制御装置。
