Claims (1)
- 分光光度計の分光器チヤンバにおいて、分光器
チヤンバ内部および各取付部品の温度を必要とす
る任意の点に一定に確保し、外気との温度落差を
最小限に制御可能にしおよび分光光度計の入力電
源は、別個に温度制御用電源だけを常時通電して
装置のウオミングアツプも最小限にできることを
特徴とする温度制御を装備した分光器チヤンバ。
