４図は従来の鏡筒構造を示す正面図である。 図において、１は鏡筒、２は温度センサー、３
はペルチエ効果を利用した冷却素子、４は温度制
御器、５は鏡筒に接触した発熱体、６は発熱体５
の熱伝導面積縮小部、７は冷媒供給器、８は冷媒
用配管、９は断熱材である。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 赤外線光路等の温度制御の必要とする鏡筒にお
いて、鏡筒自体を熱容量の大きい構造とし、その
鏡筒のまわりをペルチエ効果を利用した冷却素子
で囲み、鏡筒内面に取り付けた温度センサーによ
りこの冷却素子に温度制御器から所要の電流を流
すことで冷却させ、鏡筒内温度を精度よく温度制
御させることを特徴とする鏡筒構造。
