Claims (1)
- ヒーターにより加熱室内の食品を加熱する食品
加熱装置において、加熱室６の外後部に上ヒータ
ー２１と下ヒーター２２とを設けるとともにフア
ン３を設け、該フアン３を駆動するモーター１７
を設けるとともにこのモーター１７の回転方向を
変換する切換装置１８と、前記上ヒーター２１、
下ヒーター２２への通電を制御する制御装置１９
とを設けたことを特徴とする食品加熱装置。
