Claims (1)
- ヒーターにより加熱室内の食品を加熱する食品
加熱装置において、加熱室６の外後部に複数のヒ
ーター２，２とフアン３とを設け、該ヒーター２
，２を加熱室後壁１３とフアン３との間に設ける
とともにフアン３の外周にガイド板１４を設け、
さらにフアン３を駆動するモーター１７と、該モ
ーター１７の回転方向を変換させる切換装置１８
とを設けたことを特徴とする食品加熱装置。
