Claims (1)
- 焙焼室内に回転自在に枢支される回転ドラムと
、該回転ドラムを駆動する駆動装置と、焙焼室を
加熱する発熱体とを備えた焙煎機に於いて粒状食
品の煎り上がり時に焙煎室側に冷風を供給するダ
ンパー装置を設けた事を特徴としてなる焙煎機。
