Claims (1)
- 四角形の薄い金属板の両側を折曲げてリブが形
成された変位拡大金具と、この変位拡大金具の前
記リブに直交する一辺側に前記リブの一つに隣接
して形成された切欠きに挿入された電歪素子と、
この電歪素子と隣接する前記リブより前記一辺と
平行に伸びる第１アーム部と、この第１アーム部
より突出し前記電歪素子の一端と接触する力点と
、前記第１アーム部の一端と連結するとともに前
記リブと反対側のリブから前記第１アーム部と平
行に並び伸びる第２アーム部とを有することを特
徴とする変位拡大機構付圧電アクチユエータ。
