Claims (1)
- 高周波高出力トランジスタの放熱効果を改善す
るための凹部を有した保持板と、この凹部に弾性
的に嵌め込まれるエミツタブリツジを備え、前記
保持板とエミツタブリツジの双方が同時に、トラ
ンジスタ筺体に熱融着されたことを特徴とする半
導体装置。
