波形整形手段の出力をクロツクパルス入力端子に
入力して、この信号入力端子に入力する信号の遅
延を図るフリツプフロツプと、前記３相交流の電
圧確立を検出する手段と、この電圧確立信号と前
記フリツプフロツプの出力信号との論理積を演算
する手段とを備えていることを特徴とする逆相検
