背面に導電膜の形成されたハイブリツドＩＣ基板
をマザーボードに搭載してなるハイブリツドＩＣ
装置において、マザーボードの面に形成された導
電膜と前記ハイブリツドＩＣ基板が対向するよう
前記接続用の端子を前記マザーボードに取り付け
たことを特徴とするハイブリツドＩＣ装置。
