Claims (1)
- 固定電極板１と可動電極板３との間に一定の厚
さの間隔材４を挾んで形成される空気コンデンサ
に接続されて、静電容量値の差を周波数の変化に
変換する容量−周波数変換回路（Ｃ−Ｆコンバー
タ）を構成している増幅回路５の入力抵抗Ｒ２あ
るいは積分回路６の入力抵抗Ｒ１に負の温度係数
の抵抗器あるいは正の温度係数の抵抗温度センサ
ＲＳ−１，ＲＳ−２を接続、または増幅回路５の
フイードバツク抵抗Ｒ３に正の温度係数の抵抗温
度センサ、あるいは負の温度係数の抵抗器ＲＳ−
３を接続してなる静電容量型荷重センサ。
