Claims (1)
- 圧電性セラミツクスに加わる圧力、加速度等に
応じた電気信号を取り出すためのインピーダンス
変換回路において、前記圧電性セラミツクスに接
続され、正帰還回路及び負帰還回路の両方を備え
た演算増幅器を設けたことを特徴とするインピー
ダンス変換回路。
