Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate construction, and to improve file resistance and fire protection at joint parts by laying side by side a plurality of concrete panels on a horizontal member, and fitting incombustible material so as to cover the joints between the end parts of the panels. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of concrete panels 2 are laid side by side on a horizontal member 1. And incombustible material 4 is fitted so as to cover the upper surface of joints 3 between the end parts of adjacent concrete panels 2. Thereby the use of mortar can be made unnecessary, so that manhours for the construction can be reduced, and even if a difference in level between concrete panels 2 exists, it can be put out of sight.

Problem 1: However, since this construction method of filling the joints with mortar is a wet method, it requires a lot of man-hours (as well as takes a long time, and the construction site is dirty with mortar). There is a problem that construction becomes difficult because there is a risk that the concrete panel will be damaged.Furthermore, if there is a step between the concrete panels, it is impossible to hide this step with the mortar that fills the joint. The present invention solves the above points. This was done in consideration of the dry method 1.
The object of the present invention is to provide a roof structure that can be easily constructed according to the law and that can easily hide steps between concrete panels. In this roof structure, a plurality of concrete panels 2, 2... are placed side by side on a horizontal member 1, and the concrete panels 2 are placed so as to cover the joints 3 between the ends of the adjacent concrete panels 2. It is characterized by having a noncombustible board 4 attached to the upper surface. [Function 1] In the present invention, the noncombustible board 4 is attached to the upper surface of the concrete panel 2 so as to cover the joints 3. , the fire protection and fire resistance of the joint 3 can be ensured by the dry method 1 without the need to use mortar. [Example 1] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples. Fig. 1 shows an example of the present invention. A plurality of concrete panels 2, 2, etc. are placed side by side on a horizontal member 1 that functions as a main building or a firefly tree, which is constructed by connecting and fixing the ends to a beam 10. This concrete panel 2 constitutes the roof of the house, and an ALC board, a PC board, etc. can be used as the concrete panel 2.Then, between each concrete panel 2 Lay out the noncombustible boards 4 on the top surface of the concrete panels 2, 2... so that they span over them (lay them so that the joints between the noncombustible boards 4 do not overlap the joints 3 between the concrete panels 2), fixing screws, etc. By driving the fixing tool 12 from the noncombustible board 4 into the concrete panel 2, the noncombustible board 4 closes the joint 3 between the concrete panels 2 from above, thereby ensuring fire prevention and fire resistance in the joint 3. Noncombustible board 4 As the material, metal plates, other slate plates, inorganic plates such as calcium silicate plates, etc. can be used.In this way, the fire prevention and tytt fire prevention of the joints 3 can be carried out by the dry method 1 in which the noncombustible plates 4 are attached to the concrete panels 2. Also, even if there is a step between two adjacent concrete panels, this step will be hidden by the noncombustible @4 installed so as to straddle both concrete panels, and the step or It is possible to create a construction surface that is uneven and inconspicuous.Furthermore, by placing a waterproof sheet 13 on the noncombustible board 4, it is finished as a roof.FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In this case, a heat insulating material 14 is interposed between the concrete panel 2 and the noncombustible board 4. Furthermore, the present invention includes:
It is also applied to floors such as veranda floors that function as roofs such as eaves roofs, and in this case, the horizontal members 1 are used as the roof and the concrete panels 2 are used as the floor panels. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of concrete panels are placed side by side on a horizontal member, and the joints between the ends of adjacent concrete panels are covered. As shown in Fig. 1, a noncombustible board is attached to the top surface of a concrete panel, so there is no need to use mortar, and it is possible to install the noncombustible board using the dry method 1.
According to the law, it is possible to easily carry out fire prevention and fireproof construction of the joints between concrete panels, and even if there is a step between the concrete panels, this step can be hidden with a noncombustible board that covers the top of the joint. This makes it possible to make the difference in level less noticeable.
