However, the roofs of conventional factory-manufactured houses are usually formed on-site using roofing materials such as roof panels and tiles produced in factories, which requires work to install the roofing materials, etc. A great deal of labor was required to form the roof. In particular, while most of the unit housing is completed in a factory, the on-site work rate for only the roof is extremely high.

Further, on the lower side of the steel frame main body 12, a lower plate 2 formed of a gypsum board containing large fibers with sound insulation and fire resistance is fixed via a moisture-proof sheet 21 (see Fig. 4 and below). be. Further, 22 is a flexible board attached to form the eave ceiling, and the flexible board 22 is attached to the auxiliary steel frame material 13.
and the steel frame material 11 of the steel frame body 1 adjacent thereto are closed and fixed from below. Note that it is not necessary to form the eave ceiling side and the other parts from separate materials such as the flexible board 21 and the lower surface plate 2, and they may be formed from the same material. Also, bottom plate 2
can be used alone as a finishing material for a ceiling board, but if a ceiling board is provided separately, the bottom board may be unnecessary, and in that case, the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material 5 described later can be omitted.

Further, the vertical flat roof 4 has the roof supporting material 3
On top of this, there is a heat bridge prevention plate 3 such as a calcium silicate plate that prevents dew condensation from forming on the steel frame 1 etc.
1 and waterproof layer 32 such as asphalt roofing
(See Fig. 4 and below), the vertical ribs 42 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the steel frame 1 on the upright pieces on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the vertical flat roofing material 41. It is formed by winding it tightly and joining it. The heat bridge prevention plate 31 exposes the upper surface of the steel frame member 11 on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the steel frame body 1 along with the vertical roof panel hanging parts 14, 14, . Further, the vertical thatched roof 4 is exposed only in the longitudinal direction of the steel frame 1, which will be finished with verge and at the joints with adjacent panels, and only the width of joint roofing materials 64 and 72, which will be described later, is exposed. By adopting such an aspect, the vertical roof panel can be transported and installed without causing any hindrance to the roof function.

Therefore, when using the vertical roof roof panel with the above configuration, it may be installed on the building frame at the construction site, but if the building frame is made into a unit in advance at the factory, it may be combined at the same time. It is preferable to keep it. In any case, after the vertical flat roof panel is lifted into a predetermined position by a crane or the like at the construction site via the hanging tools attached to the vertical flat roof panel hanging parts 14, 14, etc., the end A vertical thatched roof can be easily formed by simply performing processing and joining operations.

That is, first, the edge treatment at the verge part is performed by the fourth process.
As shown in the figure, the Kasagi mounting hardware 62 on the outer wall body 61
A joint heat bridge prevention board 63 is installed horizontally between the steel frame material 11 at the end of the vertical roof roof panel, and this joint heat bridge prevention board 63 and the heat bridge prevention board 63 of the vertical roof roof panel are prevented from heat bridge. Board 31
This can be done by covering the roofing plate with a joint roofing material 64 or the like between the above-mentioned Kasagi mounting hardware 62 and the vertical flat roofing material 41 at the end of the vertical flat roof panel. In addition, 65 is a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material filled between the vertical thatched roof panel and the outer wall body 61 during such end treatment, and 66 is a cap (cover).

As mentioned above, the vertical flat roof panel of the present invention has a vertical flat roof roof formed in a predetermined form on the upper surface side of the steel frame, so at the construction site, the vertical flat roof roofing material cannot be used. The roof can be easily formed by simply joining vertical roof roof panels and processing their edges without any installation work, making it easy to use on-site work when constructing factory-produced houses, especially unit houses. It is possible to further improve labor saving, and has great practical effects on quality reliability such as waterproofing effect due to factory assembly and economical efficiency due to mass production.
