Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water gradient surface, which is a floor surface that allows rainwater and other water to flow down and out, for example, a waterproof floor surface protection structure such as a veranda of a detached house, a ruf balcony, and the like. The present invention relates to a waterproof layer protective structure that also has a function of forming a non-flammable protective layer and a nonflammable protective layer forming member used therefor .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in detached houses, etc., there are many examples of forming living rooms and others to effectively use lower spaces such as verandas, balconies, etc.In this case, waterproofing is necessary as a measure against rain, etc., and a waterproof layer is applied to the base surface. Must be formed. It is necessary to form a protective layer on the waterproof layer for the purpose of, for example, weathering means for preventing deterioration caused by exposure to the outside air, and for the purpose of withstanding walking and other activities on the floor of a veranda. On the other hand, the law stipulates that the roof must be burned with non-combustible material within the designated area under the Building Standards Act. Therefore, it is obliged to take measures to prevent jumping at the time of fire due to non-combustibility of floor surfaces such as verandas and balconies of wooden buildings. For this reason, conventionally, (1) measures to form the protective layer of the waterproof layer by in-situ mortar or concrete, (2) measures to form by laying a molded plate with non-combustible material such as concrete, etc. It is the actual situation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, among the above prior arts, the above (1) has the following problems.
That is, (i) Since the mortar and concrete are driven into the upper surface of the waterproof layer at the site, the thickness of the mortar layer or the concrete layer as the protective layer must be formed uniformly, and the work is It becomes complicated and the cost is increased.
(B) The mortar layer or concrete layer needs to be cured for a certain period of time in order to obtain a predetermined strength, which is often affected by the weather and takes time to complete.
(C) The mortar layer or the concrete layer needs to have a predetermined thickness in order to maintain a function required as a protective layer for the fireproof layer and the waterproof layer. It has a weight of about 60 kg / m 2 and places a heavy burden on the building. Among the above conventional techniques, the above (2) has the following problems.
That is, (d) the unit weight of the concrete molded plate and the like reaches about 50 Kg / m 2 , the worker is forced to unload and install at the time of construction, and the weight of the building is heavy.
(E) Since the concrete molded plate lacks flexibility, it is not easy to treat the waterproof layer as a foundation part, such as a non-land portion, a step portion, and so on. It is likely to occur.
(F) In addition to the difficulty in construction in complicated locations such as the drain hole periphery and the rising portion of the waterproof layer, gaps are likely to occur in these locations, and a filling operation with an appropriate non-combustible material is required.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention

[0005]
Furthermore, the present invention is a member that forms a nonflammable protective layer for laying on a floor surface of a balcony, a veranda or the like in a non-refractory structure building to protect and incombust the floor surface, A surface incombustible material layer, and a flexible intervening layer that connects the bottom surface inorganic layer and the surface incombustible material layer, and the flexible intervening layer is composed of a core material portion and inorganic portions coated and coated on both surfaces thereof. The core part is formed of a glass fiber nonwoven fabric and a glass fiber mesh material including the glass fiber nonwoven material, and the inorganic part is formed of an inorganic piece fixed with a resin material, while the surface noncombustible material layer is a flexible intervening layer. In addition, the bottom inorganic layer is formed of inorganic particles, and the layers are sequentially laminated to be integrated. As a single member Providing combustible protective layer forming member formed formed to solve the above-described problems.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a waterproof layer protection structure according to the present application. In the figure, 1 is a non-combustible protective layer, 2 is a waterproof layer, 3 is a heat insulating layer, and 4 is a ground portion such as a veranda. As shown in FIG. 2, the incombustible protective layer 1 includes a surface incombustible material layer 11, a bottom surface inorganic layer 15, and a flexible intervening layer 14 that connects the surface incombustible material layer. Is composed of a core part 12 and inorganic parts 13 and 13 coated on both sides of the core part 12.
[0007]
In this embodiment, the surface noncombustible material layer 11 is formed of mineral sand laminated and fixed on the flexible intervening layer 14. On the other hand, the flexible intervening layer 14 is composed of a core material portion 12 and inorganic portions 13 and 13 coated on both surfaces of the core material portion 12. In this embodiment, the core material portion 12 is a glass fiber nonwoven fabric. And a glass fiber mesh material encompassing this, and both sides of the core material portion 12 are coated with inorganic portions 13 and 13. And the inorganic part 13 is formed with the inorganic piece fixed with the resin material. The bottom surface inorganic layer 15 is formed of inorganic particles.
[0008]
In this embodiment, each layer of the incombustible protective layer 1, that is, the bottom inorganic layer 15, the surface incombustible material layer 11, and the flexible intervening layer 14 that connects the bottom inorganic layer 15 and the surface incombustible material layer 11 are sequentially laminated and fixed. Thus, the incombustible protective layer 1 is configured as a single member integrated.
[0009]
FIG. 3 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a state where the incombustible protective layer 1 is provided with an adhesive on the waterproof layer 2 formed on the base portion 4 of the veranda. In this embodiment, the nonflammable protective layer 1 is formed of a unit piece formed in a square shape having a predetermined unit size of 2.7 mm in thickness. Since the non-combustible protective layer 1 has the above-described configuration and can be cut easily with flexibility, it has excellent followability with respect to inconsistent portions such as a non-land portion of the waterproof layer 2 and can be laid around the drain hole. The work can be done very precisely and beautifully. The non-combustible protective layer 1 has the above-described structure, and its weight is about 5 kg / m 2 , which is 1/10 of that of a conventional concrete molded plate. Has been significantly reduced.
[0010]
By the way, the nonflammable protective layer 1 according to the present application is fixed to the surface of the flexible intervening layer 14 composed of the core portion 12 and the inorganic portions 13 and 13 coated on both surfaces of the core portion 12 as described above. Since the surface of the non-combustible material layer 11 is a non-combustible material layer 11, and the mineral sand is gripped and fixed by the resin material in the inorganic portion 13, the normal walk on the non-combustible protective layer 1 or light Vibrations and impacts associated with the work are absorbed by the core material portion 12 and the inorganic portion 13 and there is no possibility that the surface incombustible material layer 11 is easily peeled off.
[0011]
In FIG. 3, the non-combustible protective layer 1 is formed as a unit piece, but may be laid in a roll shape. Moreover, in actual construction, the incombustible protective layer material having the above-described configuration will use a material that has been designated as a non-combustible material under the provisions of the law, but as an example, disclosed in Patent No. 908511 It is possible to use the one that is known as “Samsung Funen Single” (trademark owned by Tajima Luffing Co., Ltd.) and that is related to the Ministry of Construction Nonflammable Certification / Nonflammable No. 1552. .
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has the above-described structure in the waterproof layer protective structure such as a balcony and a veranda in a non-fireproof structure. Compared with a layer protective material, handling becomes extremely easy, and a waterproof layer protective layer excellent in fire resistance can be realized at low cost without imposing an excessive weight burden on the building. In addition, the non-combustible protective layer is flexible and has excellent followability to the ground, so it is a waterproof layer that has the required fire resistance even in complex areas such as ground areas, stepped areas, and drainage areas. The protective layer can be formed quickly and easily.
