時にエラーを起こしたセクタアドレスおよびエラ
ーの起こつた回数を記憶する不揮発性ＲＡＭと、
前記不揮発性ＲＡＭに記憶されているデータと前
記エラーセレクタアドレスの比較動作を行うデー
タサーチ制御部と、前記データサーチ制御部にお
ける比較動作に基づいて同一セクタアドレスで起
こつたエラー回数をカウントするエラー・カウン
ト制御部とを備えて成ることを特徴とする制御装
