を取り込んで制御記憶部に記憶するとともに、変換テー
ブルを作成して制御記憶部に記憶する不良ブロック情報
読込部と、変換テーブルによりデータ記憶部のデータを
入出力するデータ読込書込部とを備えたことを特徴とす
