Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガイド部材に案内されて移送されるＩＣを所定
    の検査位置に位置決めするオートハンドラのＩＣ
    位置決め装置において、ＩＣの移送軌跡内へ出没
    可能に設けられ、移動軌跡内へ突出してＩＣの樹
    脂ボデー部の移送方向先端に当接し、ＩＣを検査
    位置の直前で一旦停止させる第１ストツパと、同
    じくＩＣの移送軌跡内へ出没可能に設けられ、前
    記第１ストツパが軌跡内から外へ後退した際に微
    小距離前進するＩＣの移送方向先端側の先頭端子
    に当接してこのＩＣを検査位置に停止させる第２
    ストツパとを有することを特徴とするオートハン
    ドラのＩＣ位置決め装置。
