【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案のゴルフクラブ用シヤフトの製
造方法の一例を示す工程図である。第２図は第１
図のゴルフクラブ用シヤフトの製造方法により製
造されたゴルフクラブ用シヤフトを示す側面図で
ある。第３図は第２図の−線に沿う横断面図
である。第４図は従来のゴルフクラブ用シヤフト
を示す側面図である。第５図は第４図の−線
に沿う横断面図である。第６図は第４図のゴルフ
クラブ用シヤフトの外層ローリング時の状態を示
す横断面図である。第７図は第４図のゴルフクラ
ブ用シヤフトのテーピングおよび焼成後の状態を
示す横断面図である。第８図は第７図の側面図で
ある。 主要な部分の符号の説明、２１……内層、２５
……糸状体、２７……外層、２９……強化繊維、
３３，４５……プリプレグシート、４１……繊維
、４３……マトリツクス。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高強度繊維に合成樹脂を含浸したプリプレグシ
    ートを巻回して形成される内層に、糸状体を巻回
    し、この糸状体の外側に、繊維およびマトリツク
    スが焼成後に透明になるプリプレグシートを巻回
    し外層を形成してなるゴルフクラブ用シヤフトに
    おいて、前記外層を形成するプリプレグシートの
    繊維をシヤフトの軸長方向に配列してなることを
    特徴とするゴルフクラブ用シヤフト。
