  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 モータの回転位置を検出する回転位置検出手段
    と、 この回転位置検出手段によつて得られる検出位
    置信号に応じてモータへ供給する電流の切替制御
    のための信号を発生するドライブ信号発生回路と
    、 このドライブ信号発生回路からの信号に応じて
    交互にオンオフされ、モータ駆動電流の流し込み
    、流し出しを制御する第１及び第２の電流制御素
    子を含む電流ドライバと、 外部から入力される外部入力制御信号に応じて
    電流ドライバにおける電流制御素子における流し
    込み電流および流れ出し電流を制御する駆動電流
    制御回路と、 を含み、 上記駆動電流制御回路は、 上記外部からの制御信号に応じた所定の波形の
    電流をカレントミラー回路から出力する電流調整
    回路と、 この電流調整回路のカレントミラー回路の制御
    信号供給側に接続された位相補償用コンデンサと
    、 を有することを特徴とするモータ駆動回路。
