- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 固定盤３および該固定盤３に突設したタイロ
ツド４に型締装置１を介して滑動自在に設けられ
かつ型開閉手段５によつて移動される可動盤２を
備え、 前記型締装置１が、可動盤２に一体的に設けら
れた内径が固定盤側から順次段階的に拡大した複
数の異径孔１２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃ，１２ｄを有
するシリンダ１２内に、外径が前記各異径孔１２
ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃ，１２ｄに対応してこれと同
数の固定盤側から順次段階的に拡大した複数の異
径部１０ａ，１０ｂ，１０ｃ，１０ｄを有するス
リーブ１０を、付勢手段により固定盤側へ付勢し
た状態で滑動自在に嵌合して複数の流体圧力室１
４ａ，１４ｂ，１４ｃを形成し、さらに、前記ス
リーブ１０を前記タイロツド４に遊嵌して構成さ
れていることを特徴とする成形機の摩擦クランプ
式型締装置。 ２ スリーブ１０の付勢手段が、スリーブ１０の
反固定盤側端部と押え金具１３の間に配設された
弾性体１１よりなる請求項１記載の成形機の摩擦
クランプ式型締装置。
