Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光源から出された光を測定ガスの波長のもの
    に調整する分光器と、該分光器を通過した光を反
    射させたり通過させたりするビームスプリツタと
    、該ビームスプリツタで反射されて標準ガスダク
    ト中に流された光を受光して標準ガスの基準光強
    度を求める第１検出器と、多数の受光点を有する
    測定部と、該測定部に設置してあつて上記ビーム
    スプリツタを通過した光を各受光点に向けて発す
    るようにする光源部と、上記測定部の各受光点に
    送られた光を受光して測定ガスの基準光強度を求
    める第２検出器と、上記両検出器からの信号によ
    り測定ガスのガス濃度を求める計算機と、を備え
    てなることを特徴とするガス濃度測定装置。
