- 試料セルの一側に光源が配置され、他側にニユ
ーマテイツク検出器と半導体検出器とが、前記試
料セルを透過した光線が各別に直接入射されるよ
うに配置され、かつ前記各検出器が異なる測定成
分を検出するように構成されたガス分析計。
