と比較して位相同期が確立しているか否かを判別
して位相同期表示信号を出力する位相同期判別器

信号のレベルを検出するレベル検出器を設けると
ともに、前記位相同期判別器に夫々異なる基準電
圧を発生する第１及び第２の基準電圧発生器を付
設し、前記レベル検出器で検出されたレベル値に
応じてこれら基準電圧発生器を切換えるように構
