Claims (1)
- 中心穴を有する基板を載置しこの基板上に塗布
液を回転塗布するためのスピンヘツドと、前記中
心穴の近傍に設けられ塗布液を供給するためのノ
ズルと、前記ノズルのノズル径よりも小さなノズ
ル径を有し、前記ノズルの滴下位置と前記中心穴
との中間に配置した補助ノズルとを含むことを特
徴とする塗布装置。
