Claims (1)
- 容器に収容された銀ペーストを該容器に設けた
供給口を通してリードフレーム又は基板上に塗布
する装置において、供給口の外縁部に接して回転
することにより銀ペーストに遠心力を作用させる
回転機構を有することを特徴とする銀ペースト供
給装置。
