Claims (1)
- 固定軸上に回転可能に支持されたテープ保持ホ
イールの外周面に貼付テープを吸気作用によつて
吸着した状態で、そのテープ保持ホイールの回転
によつて前記貼付テープを被貼付ワークに貼付け
る形式のテープ貼付装置であつて、前記テープ保
持ホイールにはその外周面の吸着孔に連通する配
圧路を設け、固定軸側には吸気源に連通する吸圧
路及び大気部に連通する復圧路をそれぞれ設け、
前記配圧路と吸圧路及び復圧路とは前記テープ保
持ホイールの回転によつて連通状態あるいは非連
通状態となるように形成したテープ貼付装置。
