Claims (1)
- 半導体製造用のレジスト塗布装置において、ノ
ズルの先端をレジストの溶剤を封入された容器の
開口部に待機させることにより、レジストの乾燥
を防止する機構を有し、前記容器内に、レジスト
の溶剤の気化濃度を調整するダンパーを設けたこ
とを特徴とするレジスト塗布装置。
