Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 未定着トナー画像を担持した用紙を、加熱ロー
    ラと加圧ローラとの間のニツプ部分を通過させ、
    トラーを熱により溶融するとともに、そのトナー
    を用紙に押圧して定着を行うようにする、加熱ロ
    ーラ方式の定着装置において、 該両ローラを収容する本体フレームの上部に断
    燃材を設け、該断熱材と上カバーとの間に空気の
    通路を形成し、 前記空気の通路は、定着装置の長手方向の一端
    部から他端部に向けて、冷却用の空気を流通させ
    得るように構成し、 定着装置の上部の過加熱を防止することが出来
    るように構成したことを特徴とする定着装置の温
    度上昇防止装置。
