Description
第１図及び第２図は夫々従来の外部ミラー形ガ
スレーザ管の断面図、第３図は従来の外部ミラー
形リングレーザジヤイロの一例の略線図、第４図
は本考案の外部ミラー形ガスレーザ管の一例の断
面図である。 図に於て、１はレーザ細管、２″は放電吹出穴
、３，３′はブリユースタ窓、４は真空外囲器、
５，５′は陽極、６は陰極を夫々示す。

は本考案の外部ミラー形ガスレーザ管の一例の断
面図である。 図に於て、１はレーザ細管、２″は放電吹出穴
、３，３′はブリユースタ窓、４は真空外囲器、
５，５′は陽極、６は陰極を夫々示す。
Claims (1)
- １本のレーザ細管と、該レーザ細管の外径より
大なる内径の円筒形陰極を１個含む真空外囲器と
を同軸状に配置し、上記レーザ細管の両端にブリ
ユースタ窓をもけた外部ミラー形ガスレーザ管に
おいて、上記レーザ細管の中央付近に放電吹出穴
を設け、上記レーザ細管の両端の上記ブリユース
タ窓近傍で上記放電吹出穴より略々等距離の位置
に夫々陽極を設け、上記真空外囲器に含まれる上
記１個の円筒形陰極の中央に上記放電吹出穴がく
るように、上記真空外囲器の両端部を上記レーザ
細管の外周に気密に封着したことを特徴とする外
部ミラー形ガスレーザ管。
