Claims (1)
- 外囲器となり内部に稀ガスが封入される硬質ガ
ラス管と、この硬質ガラス管の一端部に配され陽
極となる第１のコバール金属電極と、陰極部材を
先端に支持し前記硬質ガラス管の他端部に配され
る第２のコバール金属電極と、前記硬質ガラス管
の端部と前記第１・第２のコバール金属電極とを
気密封着する前記硬質ガラス管と同材質のガラス
ビードとを備えてなる閃光放電管。
