    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 素片の相対する二面に金属電極を有し、それら
    の電極面を一対の外部導出リード電極（以下スラ
    グリードと称す）により圧接しガラス管内に気密
    封止する半導体装置において、前記スラグリード
    電極を円柱台形形状にし且つスラグリード電極の
    頭長及び直径を短小化することを特徴とする半導
    体装置。
