Claims (1)
- 中心に放電細管孔、その周囲にガス帰還路を有
する円柱状のデイスクと、中空パイプとを低融点
ガラスで交互に接着して真空外囲器を構成し、こ
の真空外囲器両端の中空パイプ内にそれぞれカソ
ード、アノードを配し、ブリユースタ窓を備えた
封止板が前記真空外囲器端に封着されたイオンレ
ーザ管に於いて、前記真空外囲器の外周面の少な
くとも前記低融点ガラスが露出している部分を保
護層で覆つたことを特徴としたイオンレーザ管。
