Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 案内軸の側面に空隙を介して対面する一対の
磁極子を配し可動子としたリニアモータにおいて
、 前記可動子に設けたねじと前記磁極子背面に設
けられた案内溝とによつて前記磁極子を微小移動
する構造となつていることを特徴とするリニアモ
ータの磁極合わせ機構。 ２ 前記ねじは、前記磁極子の移動方向側面に対
向して設けられている請求項１項記載のリニアモ
ータの磁極合わせ機構。 ３ 案内軸の側面に空隙を介して対面する一対の
磁極子を配したリニアモータにおいて、 ばねとねじとが対向配設され、前記磁極子背面
に設けられた案内溝に沿つて前記磁極子を微小移
動する構造となつていることを特徴とするリニア
モータの磁極合わせ機構。
