    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属ワイヤ巻回用スプールと、上記金属ワイヤ
    の先端部を所定個所にボンデイングするためのキ
    ヤピラリと、上記スプールとキヤピラリとの間に
    配置され、金属ワイヤにテンシヨンを付加するた
    めのテンシヨン機構とを備えたワイヤボンデイン
    グ装置において、上記テンシヨン機構は、金属ワ
    イヤの繰り出し方向に湾曲した円弧面を有するテ
    ンシヨン部材を金属ワイヤを挟んで金属ワイヤの
    両側に交互に複数個配置するとともに少なくとも
    一つのテンシヨン部材を金属ワイヤを押圧する方
    向にスライド自在に支持したことを特徴とするワ
    イヤボンデイング装置。
