    燃料圧力と導入された基準圧との差圧が一定にな
    るように燃料圧力を調整するプレツシヤレギユレ
    ータと、 前記プレツシヤレギユレータに前記基準圧を導
    入するための第１の導通路と、 スロツトルバルブを有する空気供給路と、 前記スロツトルバルブよりも上流側で前記空気
    供給路に連通する第２の導通路と、 前記スロツトルバルブよりも下流側で前記空気
    供給路に連通する第３の導通路と、 前記第１、第２、第３の導通路に接続され、前
    記第１、第３の導通路間を連通させ前記第２の導
    通路を非連通とする第１状態と、前記第１、第２
    の導通路間及び前記第２、第３の導通路間を連通
    させる第２状態とのいずれかの状態を選択的に実
    現する制御弁と、 内燃機関の始動時、前記内燃機関の温度を検出
    して高温時の始動か否かを検出する検出手段と、 前記検出手段が高温時始動を検出したとき前記
