Claims (1)
- 商用電源などより得られた単方向電源をスイツ
チング素子により断続するインバータと、該イン
バータの出力を昇圧する昇圧トランスと、該昇圧
トランスの出力により駆動されるマグネトロンと
、前記昇圧トランスの外側に設けられ漏洩磁束を
遮蔽する遮蔽部と、該遮蔽部に取付けられ前記昇
圧トランスの異常加熱を検出する温度サーモと、
前記スイツチング素子のオンオフを制御し前記温
度サーモの検出信号により前記スイツチング素子
をオフに制御する制御回路とを備えた高周波加熱
装置。
