- 商用周波数よりも高い周波数で動作する周波数
変換器１０と、この周波数変換器１０を１次巻線
６ａに接続するとともに高圧２次巻線６ｂをマグ
ネトロン１３のアノードに接続しヒータ巻線６ｃ
をマグネトロン１３のカソード１３ａに接続する
昇圧トランス６と、前記ヒータ巻線６ｃとマグネ
トロン１３のカソード１３ａを接続してなるカソ
ード加熱回路１４の配線１５の一部に環状形状の
磁性材１６を貫通させたことを特徴とした高周波
加熱装置。
