Claims (1)
- 商用周波数よりも高い周波数で動作する周波数
変換器１０と、この周波数変換器１０を昇圧トラ
ンス６の１次巻線６ａに接続するとともに高圧２
次巻線６ｂを高圧整流素子１１と高圧コンデンサ
素子１２からなる整流回路を介してマグネトロン
１３のアノードに接続し、ヒータ巻線６ｃをマグ
ネトロン１３のヒータフイラメントに接続し、１
次巻線６ａと高圧２次巻線６ｂおよびヒータ巻線
６ｃはコア６ｄにより相互誘導結合され、昇圧ト
ランス６５と高圧コンデンサ素子と高圧整流素子
を高分子絶縁材よりなるケース１４に封入し、昇
圧トランスの１次巻線の引出し部１５、マグネト
ロン１３のアノードへの引出部１６および同様マ
グネトロン１３のヒータフイラメントへの引出部
１７を引出すとともに、昇圧トランスのコア６ｄ
の一部を前記高分子絶縁材よりなるケース１４よ
り露出させたことを特長とする高周波加熱装置。
