ス部材1に固定された内歯車1aと、 上記内歯車1aとかみ合うべくその内側に配置
され、かつ、該内歯車1aの歯数より少ない歯数
を有する、上記収納ケースに摺動可に支持された
リング状歯車部材4と、 上記内歯車1aの上方まで延在しかつ上記ロー
ター部材2に同芯状に固定されるとともに、上記
内歯車1aに噛合せしめるように上記リング状歯
車部材4を径方向沿いに偏らせるためのバイアス
