部に対するそれぞれの位置出しが正確に行われな
ければならない。従つてアルミダイキヤストで形
成されるケース1は、形状が複雑で金型が高価と
なるばかりか、ダイキヤスト成形後、さらに切削
加工等によつて固定部を精密に仕上げられなけれ
ばならず、加工コストが上昇する。

支持板を円筒状のケース内に固定したことを特徴

持板に対して行われればよいから、支持板固定部
をもつダイキヤスト製のケースの形状が単純化さ
れ、加工コストの上昇を抑えられるとともに、ケ
ースへの取付作業が容易となる。更に一枚の支持
板上にユニツト化されることになるから、生産管
理が行い易くなるという利点も生じる。
