磁場発生装置のマグネツトリングの正面図、第４
図は従来の進行波管の電極配置図である。 図において、１は陰極、２はヒータ、３は集束
電極、４は加束電極、５はらせん形遅波回路、６
は高周波入力線、７は高周波出力線、８はコレク
タ、９は磁場発生装置、９ａ，９ｂはマグネツト
リングである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又
は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 陰極と、この陰極から放出される電子の進行方
    向側に前記陰極と間隔をおいて設けられた集束電
    極と、この集束電極に対して電子の進行方向側に
    間隔をおいて設けられた加束電極を有する電子銃
    と、この電子銃によつて形成される電子ビームと
    相互作用する遅波回路と、前記電子ビームを捕集
    するコレクタを有する電子ビーム管において、前
    記集束電極と加束電極の間に磁場発生装置を設け
    前記電子ビームが加束電極の穴中心を通過する様
    に調整できることを特徴とする進行波管。
