Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを発生する電子銃と、高周波を増幅
する遅波回路と、電子を捕捉するコレクタ電極と
、電子ビームを集束する周期磁界装置とを有する
進行波管において、前記周期磁界装置を構成する
磁極は、内径部にテーパー部を有する第１の環状
磁極と、前記遅波回路部円筒状金属外囲器にろう
付固定され、その外径部に設けられたテーパー部
が前記第１の環状磁極の内径テーパ部と一致嵌合
する第２の環状磁極とで構成されていることを特
徴とする進行波管。
