SA 27004 Detailed description of the invention: Winding device Technical field The present invention relates to a winding device according to the preamble of claim 1. BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Such a winding device is known for example from patent application No. 3802434.9 (Bag, IP-1563). In this known winding device, the bobbin thread
The bobbin spindle used to rotatably grip the web is constituted by two coaxial centering discs. This centering disk is a U-shaped bobbin lever.
The bobbin sleeve is supported coaxially and freely rotatably with each other at the free end of each arm of the arm, and the bobbin sleeve is frictionally gripped by an axial spring force between the two centering discs. has been done. In this arrangement, the braking means act on at least one centering disc. The bobbin sleeve rests on the movably supported shaft, preferably in an extended state, against a stop on the bearing side which centers the bobbin sleeve by means of a centering extension.
Another sleeve tensioning means suitable for the improvement according to the invention, in which the sleeve is fixedly clamped on the shaft by two clamping rings, is disclosed in the West German patent.
It is described in Application No. 3134294 (Bag, 1211). Once the winding process has been completed and the drive is switched off, i.e. lifted off the drive rollers, the bobbin is removed from the bobbin spindle.
First, you have to brake the pobbin until it stops, which has not been done until now.
This avoids slippage between the bobbin spindle and the sleeve while keeping the bobbin spindle
This was done by lightly braking the vehicle. In this case, wear and tear on the brake parts is unavoidable, so it is necessary to replace worn parts from time to time. Moreover, when the braking system is operated automatically, the bobbin is kept at its maximum possible by applying an optimal braking force.
In order to achieve a quick stop, a push or adjustment device is required. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The problem on which the invention is based is, therefore, to
After a loss has occurred and one adjustment has been made, it is possible to always apply a constant and optimal braking force without having to make new controls or adjustments during each braking process.
First, it constitutes a braking means. This problem is solved by claim 1. According to this, the braking means has two braking pairs. The first brake pair (sliding surface pair) receives a steady spring force that realizes the transmission of frictional torque. Rotates concentrically with the bobbin sleeve and bobbin spindle. The second brake pair consists of a positionally fixed locking means and a brake body, which brake body includes a brake surface spaced from the bobbin sleeve of the first brake pair. The braking torque that can be destroyed by the second braking pair is basically the same as the torque of the first braking pair.
The locking means of the second brake pair, which is also larger, can be effective according to the invention both frictionally and integrally. The first brake pair, which rotates concentrically with the bobbin spindle, is always in an am state.
Ru. Selecting the force causing said friction, preferably as a spring force.
Accordingly, the braking force will be set to the optimal value only once. The second brake pair has, on the one hand, a positionally fixed locking means and, on the other hand, a brake body cooperating with the locking means, which brake body simultaneously acts on the brakes of the first brake pair. The surface is located. What is the braking action of this second braking pair? This may be done both frictionally and integrally, but in both cases the braking torque that can be exerted by the second brake pair is equal to that exerted by the first brake pair.
Therefore, a control or precise adjustment of the braking force generated in the second brake pair is not necessary. control applied to the bobbin
The operation depends solely on the braking torque provided by the first braking pair. Therefore, as long as the braking action of the second braking pair is greater than the braking action of the first braking pair, it will not exceed the braking action of the first braking pair; Advantageously, it can be integrally engaged. This makes it possible to construct and connect or disconnect the second brake pair with simple technical means. The debtor's point is particularly important with respect to the automation of bobbin behavior. Because in this case
The movement is supported by a fixed stop in one position or movably on the bobbin lever. and is triggered by a stop that is a component of the second braking pair and performs a braking action when the bobbin lever is pivoted to the bobbin exchange position.
It is et al. According to one embodiment of the invention, the first brake pair is constituted by a contact surface between the bobbin sleeve and the centering disc, and the second brake pair is located in position with the centering disc. solid
and a fixed locking means. In this configuration, the wear member is the bobbin sleeve.
It is bu. However, the wear and tear is of little concern since the bobbin sleeve is used only 1.2 times anyway. Therefore, there is no need to replace worn parts. According to other embodiments, the first brake pair is associated with a centering disc and a concentric disc.

The intermediate body is pressed against the centering disk under the force of a spring. Konoba
By marting the spring force, the braking torque that can be exerted by the first braking pair is set to the optimum value only once. In this embodiment, the second brake pair is on the one hand again the same positionally fixed rotor.
a suitable hand cooperating with the locking means and co-located locking means on the other hand;
An intermediate body with stages. Said cooperative action is produced by the sliding surface pair in the second braking pair, assuming that the braking action is frictional. However
However, said suitable means may include radially projecting protrusions or extensions or the like.
Alternatively, it may be constituted by a radially recessed hole or the like. In that case, said locking means may be fitted with a suitable counterpart providing an integral locking platform.
It will have a corresponding shape. The intermediate body may be a cylindrical cut-out spring ring, for example.
The spring ring compressively surrounds the drum-like extension of the centering disc.

Further embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims. The invention will be explained in more detail on the basis of some embodiments illustrated in the attached drawings.
It will be revealed. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a side view of the winding device of the invention with a bobbin lever in a bobbin exchange position. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION FIG. 1 is a side view of a first embodiment of a winding device of the present invention. A bobbin lever 3 is mounted on a bearing rest 2 of the suggested machine base 1 so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis 9 between a working position and an upper bobbin changing position. The impact hanger 5 present in the illustrated winding device is swingable about an axis 10 and is biased by a tension spring 6 tensioned between spring supports 7 and 8.
It is. This tension spring maintains contact between the buffer hanger and the slider 15 during winding.
hold The slide itself is elastically supported by a spring 20 mounted on a support 19. A locking portion 14 is provided at the edge of the MWI hanger 5 on the opposite side to the bobbin axis 30, and the slider 15 fits into the locking portion with play. When the bobbin exchange position is reached, the slider 15 biased by Bab reaches the locking part 14.
and engages the locking part, so that the slider now fixes the bobbin lever 3 in the exchange position. In order to better see the centering disc 4 which is attached to the 111 hanger and forms part of the bobbin spindle, the arm carrying the slider 15 of the bobbin lever 3 should be moved beyond the IIWi hanger 5. The protruding parts should not be damaged.
It has been removed, as suggested by the disconnection. The essential common feature of each of the illustrated embodiments of the winding device of the invention is that, after separating the bobbin 21 from the drive roller 11 using suitable means, the bobbin spindle is strongly braked and bobbins that can be stopped quickly depending on
This is due to the unique configuration of the pindle. For this purpose, for example, the centering disc 4 shown in FIG.
As can be understood, it has on its outer periphery or edge 29 a recess 17 in the form of a slit or a ridge or the like. No form locking means such as protrusions or tongues
The locking pawls 18 to 34 are arranged so that they contact the edge 29 of the centering disk 4 and engage in the recess 17 near the end of the high pivot position of the bobbin lever 3. This causes the centering disk 4 to stop. However, due to the effective remaining moment of inertia of the fully wound bobbin 21, the same bobbin
This sleeve 16, which is biased by the zero roll body 21 which rotates further together with the sleeve 16, moves relative to the surface of the centering disk 4 and is therefore braked. Indeed, this results in significant abuse leading to considerable wear and tear on the sleeve edges.
However, since the sleeve is only used once or twice anyway, this is not a problem.
This is not a problem; moreover, in said centering disk 4, the surface in contact with the sleeve is particularly smooth. FIG. 1 shows two different arrangements of the locking means or pawls 18.34.
The possibility of A locking means 34 is shown above the centering disk 4 as indicated by a chain line, and the locking means 34 locks the edge 29 of the attached centering disk 4 when the bobbin exchange position is reached. It is fixedly mounted to engage within the recess 17. This arrangement is particularly suitable for winding devices in which the bobbin change position of the bobbin lever is held by a spring. In particular, in FIG. 2 a further embodiment is shown as an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 1 for a winding device with an if impact hanger 5. The III hanger 5 is biased by a spring 6 tensioned between the supports 7 and 8 (the possibility of movement of the spring 6 in the tension direction is preferably limited by two stops, not shown). bobbin lever
-3 by the compression arm h20 guided in the arm 3 and seated on the support 1119.
The slider 15 comes into contact with the slider 15, which is biased by the slider 15. l! At the inner curved part of the hanger 5. A locking portion 14 is provided, and the slider 15 fits into the locking portion with play, and when the bobbin lever 3 turns high and reaches the bobbin exchange position, the slider 15 is inserted into the locking portion 14. The child 15 will reach the locking portion. According to the invention, a locking pawl 18 is connected to the slide 15, which locking pawl, on the inside of the arm of the bobbin lever, has a centering circle in the plane of the edge 29 of the centering disk. The edge 29 of the centering disk, which reaches the plate 4 but does not come into contact with the centering disk during winding, is provided with a recess 17, as already described, The locking pawl 18 fits into the recess, preferably with play. After one winding is completed, the bobbin lever 3 is rotated high to the bobbin replacement position and is slid.
When the lever 15 is inserted into the locking portion 14, the locking pawl 18 is simultaneously activated for braking action.
The centering point rotates along the rotational direction 35 together with the bobbin 21 until it stops.
is pressed against the edge 29 of the disc. When the recess 17 passes in front of the locking lug 18, the locking pawl projects into the recess 17 and holds the centering disc 4 fixedly. However, the bobbin 21 rotates further together with the sleeve 16 and therefore
The end of the tube slides on the centering disk 4. The bobbin is forced into secondary motion and stops immediately. After replacing the fully loaded bobbin 21 with an empty sleeve 16, drive the sleeve 16.
The fixing means 14.15 of the bobbin lever 3 is released in order to bring it into contact with the moving roller 11.
At the same time, the locking pawl 18 is also pulled back from the recess 17, and the centering disc is released.
released. In order to achieve the insertion of the locking means 18.34 into the rotating lock, the circumferential dimensions of the individual recesses 17 are preferably measured along the circumferential direction of the locking pawl 18.34. for example, at least 1.2 to 1.2 mm larger than the size of the locking pawl. It is five times as long. Alternatively or additionally, the front boundary 17A (FIG. 2) of the recess 17 in the direction of rotation 35 can be formed by connecting the circumferential surface of the centering disk 4 or the edge 29.
It is also possible to start from the direction of rotation 35 and guide it obliquely to the bottom of the recess 17.
It is Noh. Particularly if the circumferential speed of the edge 29 of the centering disk is high, the engagement of the locking pawl 18.34 becomes considerably easier. FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. Although shown, the individual
Especially I! Fl! They can also be bonded to each other by suitable means. The slider 15 (Fig. 2) located on the front side of the arm of the bobbin lever is
It engages in the lock 1!114 of the mower 5. The locking pawl 18 extends on the rear side of the arm of the bobbin lever and engages in the recess 17. Both the slider 15 and the locking pawl 18 are bored in the arm of the bobbin lever 3. At the same time, the information department
They are connected to each other through a through hole 27 which serves as a guide. Not specifically shown
Both can be held in the through hole 27 using simple preparation means. ”Another embodiment of the invention in which a variant of said locking means is utilized is shown in FIGS. 4 to 7. In this case, FIG. Apart from the differences, the locking process
They differ only in the unique way they are started. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the centering disk 4 is in the form of a simple truncated cone. The outer end face 32 of the concentric disc has an axis-parallel (blind) hole 22 near the Ii section. The arm of the adjacent bobbin lever has a bobbin similar to the axis 31 of the hole 22.
A locking pin 23 is mounted axially movably at a distance from the pin axis 30 and is guided for this purpose in a bore in the bobbin lever arm. The locking pin 23 has an elongated cylindrical shape, the outer free end of which ends in a head 39 with a flat inner surface, a spherical outer surface and a clearly larger diameter than the pin 23 itself. There is. The surface of the bobbin lever arm and the underside of the pin head 39
A compression spring 26 is provided between the surfaces, which holds the bin 23 in the rest position. A retaining piece 24 or a retaining ring or the like is used as a stopper and a means to prevent the external puller from falling. This retaining piece 24 must in any case be dimensioned so that it fits into the hole 22 with play. The bobbin lever 3, which carries the bobbin 21 to the bobbin exchange position, is at the end of its pivoting movement.
The guide track 33 is fixedly attached to the l1w1 unit 1 in the vicinity of the location where it will be located later.
Thus, in the final stage of the movement of the bobbin lever, the locking pin 23 comes into contact with the guide track 33 with its spherical head 39. As the pivoting movement of the bobbin lever towards the guide track 33 continues, the locking pin 23 moves towards the side surface 32 of the concentric centering disc 4 until it engages in the hole 22 and fixes the centering disc 4.
It moves me. When the bobbin is replaced and the bobbin lever is pivoted downward, the locking pin 23 disengages from the guide track 33 again and the spring 26 releases the centering disc 4.
While releasing the locking pin, move the locking pin to the rest position. A description of one centering disc 4
It is clear that the case described can also be advantageously applied if there are two centering discs on one bobbin lever. FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the invention modified with respect to the arrangement of FIG. Also here, a blind hole 22 parallel to the axis is bored near the edge of the outer end surface 32 of the centering disk 4, and a blind hole 22 parallel to the axis is bored in the arm of the adjacent bobbin lever, similar to the axis 31 of the hole 22. A locking pin 23 is supported radially apart from the bobbin axis 30 so as to be movable in the axial direction. This locking pin 23 has a similar shape to the locking pin described in FIG. 4, and is similarly held in the rest position by a compression spring 26. Unlike the previously described configuration, the holding means 24 can be omitted here. Because the problem is solved in a different way. For this purpose, the coupling lever 28 is guided starting from the slide 15 to the head 39 of the locking pin 23. This connecting lever is connected to the slider 15 on the outer surface of the bobbin lever arm, and is guided by the hanger 5 on the outside. Fixed hand j141. A tongue-shaped lever guide 37 is fixedly attached to the outer surface of the buffer hanger 5, for example using rivets or bolts. The lever guide prevents the connecting lever 28 extending below from bending outward.
It is also necessary to stop. The lever guide part 37 is located on the - side, and that is on the side far away from the turning 10 of the M-slip hanger 5! It is fixed to the I impact hanger 5. The side facing the pivot 11iktllO is open, so that the coupling lever 28 cannot be moved between the lever guide 37 and the buffer hanger 5 during the winding process.
I can do it. When viewed from the side (FIG. 5), the free end 40 of the connecting lever 28 is bent into two shapes at the first position R38. The free end 40 itself is a bobbin lever arm.
The locking pin 23 extends essentially parallel to the lever and is located in front of the head 39 of the locking pin 23 from the start of the second winding, which locking pin is pushed into the lever end 40 by the action of the spring 26. It is held against the side to prevent it from falling off. FIG. 5 shows the slider 15, the connecting lever 28, and the locking pin 23 in the winding state. On the other hand, Figure 7 shows the state of each member in a fixed position.
Ru. As soon as the bobbin lever 3 is swiveled high and the slide 15 engages with the locking part, the coupling lever 28 is also pushed in the direction of the locking pin 23 by this engaging movement. The connecting lever can be displaced to the right (Fig. 5) due to the guide portion 37.
Therefore, the g:white g 38 of the lever end 40 pushes out the locking pin 23 toward the side surface 32 of the centering disk 4 against the action of the spring 26. Eventually, it is pushed into the hole 22. In this case, too, when the fixing means 14 and 15 are released, the connecting lever is also pulled back, so that the spring 26 pulls the locking pin 23 out of the hole 22.
Then, the centering disk 4 is released again. FIG. 6 reproduces a refinement of the embodiment described in FIG. 4.5, which shows the outer end face 32 of the centering disc 4. There, 11136 extends along the direction of rotation in the annular part covering the hole 22, and the groove starts from the bottom of the hole 22 and gradually rises continuously until it reaches the centering circle. 1! It reaches the end face 32 of i4. This edge allows the locking pin 23 to reliably fit into the hole 22 even when the rotational speed of the bobbin 21 to be braked is relatively high. The first braking pair consists of a centering disc and a rotating body as an intermediate braking body, and the intermediate braking body is rotatably supported concentrically with respect to the centering disc and has a braking surface. is elastically pressed against the centering disc via a pair of brakes and a second brake pair.
Figures 8 to 11 show further embodiments of the invention, in which the intermediate brake body cooperates with fixed locking means. In the embodiment of FIG. 8.9, the first brake pair is in the form of a centering disc 4 and a 1M dynamic spring 43, which is freely rotatably supported concentrically with respect to the centering disc 4. During ~
The braking ring 43, which is configured as a cylindrical, interleaved spring ring, is constituted by an intermediate body and which, with its elastically biased braking surface 54, is a drum-shaped extension of the centering disc 4. It surrounds the cylindrical peripheral surface 45 of. One end of the brake ring 43 is a bent stop tongue piece 44, and the stop tongue piece is formed when the bobbin lever 3 is turned off.
When the ring is rotated to the ring exchange position (FIG. 9), it comes into contact with the fixed stop protrusion 34 and stops the second brake ring 44. i! In order to prevent crimping, the rear end 47 in the direction of one rotation 35 is preferably bent up as a stop tab.
Ru. Ill work ring 43! In the case of two constructions, it is advantageous to first manufacture a ring made of spring steel with an internal diameter significantly smaller than the diameter of the braking surface 45.This ring is then cut off, so that it is Upon attachment to surface 45, it necessarily expands and becomes preloaded. Bend one end upwards as described above.
Instead of a protrusion (however preferred), a protrusion 44 can be provided at any position on the ring 43. This protrusion stands radially outward so as to interfere with the stop protrusion 34. Alternatively, in some cases, by imposition of a piece of paper or the like.
It is also possible to brake the ring. A suitably pressed ring 43 produces a strong and constant damping of the centering disc 4. Contrary to the previously described embodiments, it is also possible to arrange the sliding surface pair 45.54 in such a way that the braking surface 45 of the centering disk 4 points radially inward. FIG. 10 shows such an embodiment of the invention, in which the centering disk 4 has a tip shape. The cylindrical inner wall is configured as a braking surface 45 and the braking ring 43 rests with its outer braking surface 54 on the braking surface 45 from the inside with a radially outward preload. Accordingly, when producing the brake ring 43, it is advantageous first to produce a ring made of spring steel with an outer diameter that is significantly larger than the diameter of the brake surface 45.
This ring is then cut open and shortened to fit within the braking surface. At this time, the ring is necessarily compressed and therefore has a preload.
Ru. A stop tongue 44, which cooperates with the fixed stop 34, is attached to the brake ring 43. In order to hold the working ring 43 in its position so that it does not slip off the centering disc 4, the concentric disc has an outer edge 46, for example on its outer end face, which Beyond this, a retaining means 52 connected to the stop tongue 44 engages as required. Finally, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 11, a circular braking surface 48 is provided on the outer end face of the centering disc 4. There, this braking surface is located concentrically with respect to the coaxial line in the vertical plane of the bobbin shaft 1130, but on this braking surface 48, which may for example have a slightly conical shape. , supported by a strong spring 50 (in the illustrated embodiment on a support 53 connected to the arm of the bobbin lever 3).
an annular brake ring energized by a multi-element disc plate b)
ring 49 comes into contact with it. This brake ring is used during one winding. It rotates with the centering disc. @The braking protrusion 51 attached to the moving ring 49 corresponds to the display in Fig. 1 or Fig. 9 when the bobbin lever 3 turns to the bobbin exchange position.
Accordingly, it moves into the area of the fixed stop 34, so that the same brake ring 49 is held fixed and is thus prevented from rotating together with the centering disk 4. 1 The output disc is strongly braked. The drawings can be found in, for example, patent application No. 3802434.9 (Bag, IP-1563).
It is therefore based on known winding devices. However, the main origin of the bobbin braking device
A light configuration can be achieved, for example, in which the drive-side stop with a centering extension is constructed accordingly.
It can also be used to improve the winding device as described in West German Patent No. 3134294 (Bag; 1211) when
