Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1)物質16用処理室14を設けた容器12と、この容器の下方に設けた風室 22と、これら処理室および風室の間に設けたふるい底部材と、上記ふるい底部 80の下方に配設されていて、直立中心軸線Aの周りに回転自在に駆動され、か つほぼ半径方向に伸長すると共に気体流50を上記風室22から上記ふるい底部 材80を通って上記処理室14内に上方に流入させる、少くとも1つの開口44 を有する円形のロータディスク42を備えたロータ40とからなる、粉体の造粒 用流動床装置において、上記ふるい底部材80にはほぼ半径方向の羽根82を設 けて、これらの羽根が上記気体流50を鋭角に形成された扇形部内に上方へ導く ように、上記ロータディスク42の直上に少くともほぼ垂直な平面内に各羽根を 配設するようにし、上記ふるい底部材80を通過した各扇形気体流50内で、ふ るい底部材の半径方向の全長に亘って分布すると共に、上記ロータ40が回転す ると一緒に回転する、上記処理室14内の上記被処理体16に吹き付けるための ノズル76を配設したことを特徴とする、粉体の造粒用流動床装置。 (2)各開口は、これと同じ方向に伸長し、かつ垂直方向に調整自在な弁体52 と連動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の流動床装置。 (3)ロータ40の各開口44は、少くともほぼ垂直な平面内に配設された側壁 46によって形成され、同開口の高さが、側壁相互間の距離と少くとも同じであ り、弁体52は、2つの上方の向かって集束する案内板60の間で関連する側壁 46の下方へ懸垂されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の流動床装置。 (4)羽根82は、これら相互間の最大距離と少くとも同じ大きさの高さを有す ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れか1つに記載した流動床装置。 (5)隣接する羽根間の距離は、羽根82および直立軸線Aから同じ距離に配設 された開口44の任意の点について、ロータ40の各開口44の幅より小さいこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の何れか1つに記載の流動床装置。 (6)羽根82は、ロータディスク42と同軸で、しかもロータ40に取付けら れた少くとも1つのローラ90用軌道を形成する下側面であるリング88によっ て、共に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5の何れか1つに記 載の流動床装置。 (7)ロータ40は、ふるい床部材80を通って上方に伸長した中空軸30によ って駆動され、また各扇形気体流50内でふるい床部材上方にノズル76群を配 設した半径方向のアーム62を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6の何れ か1つに記載の流動床装置。 (8)各アーム62は、気体流の流れる関連開口44に対して、ロータ40の回 転方向Bにおいて後方にずらされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流動 床装置。 (2)各アーム62は,翼形の輪郭を持ち、少くともほぼ半径方向の軸線Cの周 りに回転自在に調整できることを特徴とする、請求項7またに8記載の流動床装 置。 (10〕各アーム62上のノズル76相互間の距離は、中心軸線Aからの距離の 増加に伴って減少することを特徴とする、請求項7ないし9の何れか1つに記載 の流動床装置。
