- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ プリント配線板のフラツトパツケージの各端
子と、各端子から伸びている回路部末端のランド
部との間の導通を検査する装置において、 フラツトパツケージの各端子に接触させる接点
として、フラツトパツケージの端子全体を覆う金
属箔を用い、金属箔を各端子に接触させる手段と
して、フラツトパツケージの各端子の位置に対応
して金属箔をその裏面から押圧するピンを備えた
ことを特徴とするプリント配線板の導通検査装置
。 ２ 金属箔をその裏面から押圧するピンを、フラ
ツトパツケージの端子１ケ所に対して複数本備え
た請求項１記載のプリント配線板の導通検査装置
