の作用を示す第２図の要部拡大図である。第４図
〜第６図は従来の薄帯体の巻出装置の一例を示す
図であり、第４図はその正面図、第５図はその新
巻芯と旧巻芯の入替時の正面図、第６図は従来例
の課題を説明するための第５図の要部拡大図であ
る。 ３１…ターレツトアーム、３２…巻出装置、３
３…新巻芯、３４…旧巻芯、３５，３６…薄帯体
、４１…固定フレーム（支持体）、５１…押付け
ローラ、５５…カツター、６３…光電スイツチ（
センサ）。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薄帯体が巻回され、それぞれ回転して薄帯体が
    巻出される少なくとも新、旧２個の巻芯を回転自
    在に支持するとともに回転して新巻芯の位置を旧
    巻芯の位置に入替え、所定の位置で停止するター
    レツトアームと、ターレツトアームを回転自在に
    支持する支持体と、入替えられた旧巻芯の薄帯体
    を所定の押付け位置で新巻芯の薄帯体に押し付け
    る押付けローラと、旧巻芯の薄帯体を切断するカ
    ツターと、新巻芯に巻回された薄帯体の巻継ぎの
    端末を検出するセンサと、を備え、新巻芯の入替
    え時に、回転する新巻芯の薄帯体の端末をセンサ
    により検出して該端末が押付けローラの押付け位
    置に達したときに押付けローラによつて旧巻芯か
    ら巻出される薄帯体を新巻芯の薄帯体に押し付け
    て巻継ぎするとともに押付け位置よりも上流側で
    旧巻芯の薄帯体をカツターにより切断し、新、旧
    巻芯の入替時に巻出を継続する薄帯体の巻出装置
    において、前記センサが支持体に移動自在に設け
    られ、かつ新巻芯の薄帯体の端末を検出するとき
    に、移動して薄帯体との間に所定距離を保つよう
    にしたことを特徴とする薄帯体の巻出装置。
