つた。Prior Art In conventional carpets, a woven or nonwoven fabric using polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, etc. is used as the base fabric, and a rubber substance is used as the backing material.
The base fabric of this carpet has poor morphological stability, as it expands and contracts with changes in temperature and deforms when the load is repeatedly applied from walking, so when it is placed on the floor, it is inexpensive and does not damage the floor. It was difficult to adopt the easy-to-use double-sided tape construction method. Therefore, although they are expensive and often damage the floor, methods such as the gripper method, in which the four corners of the carpet are stretched and attached to the floor, and the full-face construction method, in which the entire back side is connected to the floor, are methods that last for a long time after installation. Therefore, we had no choice but to adopt a construction method that would allow the carpet to maintain its shape.

Do this by pulling the four corners of the For this reason, the base fabric 1 is prevented from being in a state where only one part thereof is partially stretched or contracted. After the backing process is completed, the carpet is finished through a step of drying the backing material 3.

Therefore, it can be applied to the floor using a simple construction method without damaging the floor. Furthermore, since the yarn is inexpensive and no special process is required when manufacturing the base fabric 1, manufacturing costs can also be kept low.

ない。 As detailed above, the present invention involves planting piles on a fabric woven from yarn using composite fibers consisting of a low-melting point component and a high-melting point component, or a base fabric made of a non-woven fabric. By melt-bonding the base fabric and pile made of the low-melting point component and high-melting point component together, and providing a backing made of a rubber substance on the back of the base fabric, it can be produced at low cost and has morphological stability during use. It has excellent properties and has the effect of not being deformed even when installed on the floor using a simple construction method.
Furthermore, the pile, which is integrally melt-bonded with the base fabric consisting of a low-melting point component and a high-melting point component, will not fall off from the base fabric, and there is no possibility that the surface of the carpet will become rough.
