(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, rescue using ladder trucks, helicopters, etc. is limited in the number of people that can be accommodated at one time, and is inefficient in terms of time. Also, it takes a long time for the ladder truck, etc. to arrive at the scene. Those left behind had no choice but to wait for rescue, and especially in the case of a fire, many victims were often killed because rescue was not possible for a short period of time. This results in a catastrophe, and the current situation is that more appropriate rescue tools are needed than rescue using a ladder truck or the like.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention for achieving the above object is that the rescue net 1 is stretched between the telescopic arms 2 and 2' inserted into the cylinder body 5, An evacuation shelter 3 is provided at the bottom of the rescue net 1, and a descending rope 4 having a length from the evacuation shelter 3 to the ground is suspended, and a fire alarm or sensor inside a high-rise building is activated. This emergency rescue net for a high-rise building is characterized in that a telescopic arm 2 extends and a rescue net 1 projects into a space in the lower part of the building.

In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a rescue net, and its four corners are hooked and fixed to hooks 7, 7' on the sphere 6 and hooks 8, 8' on the upper part of the cylinder body 5. Also, rescue network 1
The left and right sides of the rescue net 1 are connected to metal rings 9 fitted to the telescopic arm 2, and the front side of the rescue net 1 is connected to the spheres 6, 6', and the rear side is connected to the rope 1 stretched between the hooks 8, 8' of the cylinder body 5.
Connect to 0. In the hollow part of the rescue net 1, a cushion plate 11 is fixed and an escape part 12 is formed with an appropriate space between the cushion plates 11 so that the person can get down to the shelter 3 below. Furthermore, an arrow 13 pointing toward the center may be pasted on the rescue net 1. 2 is a telescopic arm made of metal steel pipe,
Normally, it is housed in a cylinder body 5, and when a fire alarm or the like is activated, the cylinder body 5 comes out to the front and the telescopic arm 2 extends. Note that the telescopic arm 2 can also be operated manually without being linked to a fire alarm or the like. A spherical shape 6 is attached to the tip of the telescoping arm 2, and a metal ring 9 of the same diameter is inserted therein. In addition, telescopic arm 2
In order to prevent it from tilting due to its own weight etc. when it is extended,
The wire 14 is stretched from the hook 7 to the cylinder body 5. 3 is an evacuation center, and rescue network 1 is accessed from the upper floors.
This is provided at the bottom of the rescue net 1 so that a person who has jumped down can descend to the ground via a descending rope 4. A rectangular parallelepiped with an open upper surface is formed from fabric for awnings, tents, etc., and ropes are used as the frame material. The lower rope 16 is constructed by erecting the tips of suspension ropes 15 extending upward from the four corners of the rectangular parallelepiped on the underside of the rescue net 1. hang it on. Furthermore, the shelter 3 is suspended by fixing the suspension ropes 17 to the four corners of the shelter 3 and hooking them to the suspension supports 18 of the sphere 6 and the suspension supports 19 at the bottom of the cylinder body 5. It is. In addition, a relaxation material 20 such as a vinyl pipe is laid on the floor of the evacuation center 3, and the mitigation material 20
A sponge board 21 is layered on top to soften the impact even if the user jumps and falls directly into a shelter 3 through an escape part 12 between cushion boards 11. 4
A descending rope has a length from the rescue net 1 to the ground, and there are two types: one suspended from the lower line 16 and one suspended directly from the rescue net 1. Further, in FIG. 4, there are two in each case, for a total of four, but the number is not particularly limited. Reference numeral 5 denotes a cylinder body, which is connected to a fire alarm, etc. in the building. If an emergency such as a fire occurs, the cylinder body 5 at the back of the storage section 22 is immediately moved to the storage section by wheels 24 at the bottom of the cylinder body 5. 22 to the front, and then the telescopic arm 2 inside the cylinder body 5 is extended so that the rescue net 1 is stretched out. Reference numeral 6 is a sphere, which is attached to the tip of the telescoping arm 2, and has a hanging tool 7 and a hanging tool 18 screwed to the top and bottom, respectively, and has a cylindrical cavity inside.
By fixing one end of the spring 23 to the sphere 6 side and fixing the other end of the spring 23 to the end of the rope 10, the spring 23 absorbs the impact that is applied to the rope 10 when a person jumps.
It expands and contracts to provide cushioning. Reference numeral 11 denotes a cushion plate which is made of a flexible material such as a sponge plate and is fixed to the inner edge of the rescue net 1 with an escape portion 12 formed therein. still,
In FIG. 1, the rectangular cushion plates 11 are fixed in the horizontal direction and the escape portions 12 are also provided between the cushion plates, but the escape portions 12 may be made by crossing the cushion plates in a broad manner, or the escape portions may be provided in only one place. The section 12 may be provided, and the method of fixing the cushion plate 11 is not particularly limited. Reference numeral 22 denotes a storage section, which is installed on the lower floor and has a door on the wall of the building so that it can be slid to the top when the cylinder body 5 and the telescopic arm 2 are activated, and its role is to prevent sparks from falling from above. has. If the building has about 8 to 10 floors, the storage section 22 may be installed between the second and third floors. In addition, rescue network 1
The upper surface of the rescue net 1 is coated with white fluorescent paint at night, the arrow 13 attached to the rescue net 1 is painted sky blue, and the cushion plate 12 is painted orange, so that they can be seen even at night from a high rise.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, buildings,
When a disaster such as a fire occurs in a high-rise building such as a hotel, it is possible to escape instantly, and guests and residents can use it with peace of mind. In addition, there is no need to wait for the arrival of ladder trucks or helicopters, and those who are unable to escape are able to escape using the rescue network, so fires in high-rise buildings no longer cause catastrophes, as was previously thought, and cause less damage. This will greatly help save lives by minimizing
The effects are enormous.
